Munich, 17 September 2025 – LEXR continues its growth trajectory and will open a new office in Munich in September 2025. Alongside its Berlin office, this expansion strengthens the firm’s presence in the German market. It gives startups, scaleups, and tech companies in Southern Germany direct access to international legal expertise with a clear technology focus.
The expansion will also bring top-level reinforcement: Pascal Köstner will join as a partner to lead the new Munich office. Köstner has extensive legal experience in law firms and in-house, with particular expertise in M&A and venture capital financing across all stages. His previous positions include POELLATH, ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, Sixt SE, and EURO 2024 GmbH, where he regularly advised on financings and managed complex legal projects—most recently, the legal aspects of organising the UEFA European Football Championship.
