What’s subject to additional work?
In particular, for later rounds (from series A and B), more negotiation support is often required. Our legal experts can add great value to negotiations and ensure you’ll get the best out of the deal. As this additional work is sometimes difficult to estimate, negotiations are hourly (with transparent tracking, so you’re always aware of your legal costs).
