Zurich, 2 March 2026 – Dr. Stephan D. Meyer joins LEXR as of 1 March. He will lead and strategically further develop LEXR’s Blockchain and FinTech team as a partner.
Dr. Stephan D. Meyer is a highly regarded legal expert at the intersection of blockchain, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation. Prior to joining LEXR, he was a long-standing member of the DLT team at the law firm MME, where he advised on leading blockchain and fintech projects. His PhD thesis on blockchain and private law received two prestigious academic awards. Additionally, he is pursuing a habilitation at the University of Lucerne and serves as a lecturer for blockchain and AI at ZHAW and HWZ.
Alongside his legal practice, Stephan D. Meyer is active as an entrepreneur. He is a co-founder of Obligate, a blockchain-based capital markets infrastructure backed by renowned venture capital investors, and of Nestermind, a fast-growing AI platform in the real estate sector. Through this, he combines legal expertise with genuine hands-on experience in building and scaling technology-driven companies.
