Alongside its Berlin office, this expansion strengthens the firm’s presence in the German market. The expansion will also bring in a high-profile addition: Pascal Köstner will join as a partner and lead the new Munich office. Köstner has extensive legal experience both in private practice and in-house, with particular expertise in M&A and venture capital financing at all stages. His previous roles include POELLATH, ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, Sixt SE, and EURO 2024 GmbH, where he regularly advised on financings and managed complex legal projects.
