What it is
  • Goal: A focused workshop with your key stakeholders and our crypto experts, financial market lawyers, and tax experts is the most efficient way to get to understand the best legal framework for your project. The goal is that you have all the information required to take a go / no-go decision on setting up your project in Switzerland, and have a clear road map to execute if you decide do go ahead. 
  • Preparation: To maximize the outcome of our discussion, we will prepare the workshop based on your business plan, whitepaper or similar documents.
  • 2h workshop (online or in-person): In the workshop, we dig deeper on the details and goals of the virtual asset services, exchange or brokerage and provide you with different structuring options, current best practices as well as regulatory restrictions. Based on your vision, the goal is always to conclude whether the Switzerland is the right place for the project and if so, what the concrete next steps would be for the launch of your project. 
  • Assessment summary: We summarize the key points via email, including suggested next steps, specific timelines, and fee estimates.
