    We hold an expert session with the relevant stakeholders from your side, potential buyers if you wish, and our legal and token experts. We review the document together, answer all your open questions and discuss potential changes.

    Final Document

    Any changes to the draft will be implemented by us and, if needed, the remaining questions are clarified. After that, we will send you the finalized document and you can start raising money.
