Public Token Sale

End-to-end legal support for your token launch

From business model over tokenomics to KYC, a successful token sale requires a clear legal structure and action plan. Together with our crypto and blockchain legal experts, we will ensure that you have the necessary legal foundations in place and are fully compliant with regulatory laws.

Structure your Token Sale

Get the legal foundation ready

Legal structure and planning

The issuance of a token requires you to have a solid legal foundation in place. From issuing entity, token terms and agreements, disclaimers, KYC and up to marketing material, we guide you through the entire legal process for your successful token sale.

Regulatory compliance

The type of token issued, the way the amount of money raised as well as the type of investors are all relevant factors to achieving regulatory compliance. Swiss financial markets regulation provides for a favorable framework to issue payment, utility and asset tokens. Our regulatory experts help you structure tokenomics, utility and sale mechanics in an efficient way to comply with all regulatory and FINMA guidelines.

KYC and AML processes:

ICOs, STOs and the like typically require you to perform know-your-customer and anti-money laundering processes on your investors. We help you set up an efficient and lean KYC strategy and connect you with trusted service providers. We also offer the affiliation to a Swiss self regulatory organization (SRO) in compliance with AML laws.

Tax structuring

From founders’ token, income and capital gains tax to VAT and withholding tax, ensure you understand the tax consequences of the token sale and revenue streams of your project. Our crypto tax experts will help you get the complete picture of your tax obligations so that you can plan efficiently.
