As you execute your recruitment processes, you will collect information of applicants, such as CVs, education qualifications and previous work experience. You will need to inform how you process this personal data. Furthermore, if you use automatic decision-making systems in the recruitment process (e.g. application filtering software), there are legal requirements you have to fulfill in your privacy policy.

What is included in the package?

After a discussion with one of our legal experts, we collect the information necessary and prepare the documents. Once you had the time to check our draft, we have a feedback call to clarify any open questions. 

The package includes:

  • A 30-minute meeting with our legal experts to jointly analyze the need for changes and obtain all the information necessary to draft the privacy policy. 
  • Creation or adaptation of the relevant privacy policy including one iteration round, if needed. This includes: 
    • The creation/review of one privacy policy adapted to your needs; 
    • Additionally, we also include information about the use of cookies and similar technologies, as well as the text for a cookie banner, if needed; 
  • 30-minute final meeting to clarify any questions. 

Flat fee: 700 CHF excluding VAT, per policy package

For multilingual policies each additional language: 300 CHF excl. VAT
