With more than 30 specialised lawyers, we support clients across the whole legal lifecycle, from incorporation to IPO, with a cross-border setup built for complex matters.
As we have grown, so has the importance of being precise about what guides our work and what clients can expect from us. In 2025, we sharpened the fundamentals of LEXR: the purpose that guides us, and the mission that defines how we deliver. The result is a more explicit focus on what matters most to our clients:

In September, we opened our second office in Germany. In addition to Berlin, we now have an office in Munich, which strengthens our presence in Southern Germany and provides local access to international legal expertise with a clear technology focus.
