Protecting works, know-how & trademarksIntellectual property

Intellectual property (IP) provides companies with a competitive advantage, gives them freedom of action or allows them to monetize a brand. In order to benefit as much as possible from intellectual property, it is advisable to have a strategy for the optimal use, management of the portfolio, as well as protective measures and, whenever necessary, the enforcement of rights.

IP Strategy

We help companies identify their most valuable intellectual property—be it copyrighted works, data, patentable inventions, trademarks, or superior know-how.

Together, we develop a tailored strategy aligned with the company’s specific needs.

IP Protection

Our IP experts handle trademark registrations and support the protection of works, inventions, and internal know-how.

To defend companies’ rights, we advise on internal security measures, offer state-of-the-art monitoring services, and take direct action against infringers.

IP Management

We manage companies’ IP portfolios and contractual relationships or support internal teams with IP expertise.

We keep track of registered rights, update internal IP policies, and assist in negotiations with research partners and universities.
