What it is
- Goal: A focused workshop with your key stakeholders and our corporate, financial market lawyer, and tax experts is the most efficient way to get to a concrete action plan quickly. The goal is that you have all the information required to make a go / no-go decision on setting up your project in Switzerland, and have a clear road map to execute if you decide to go ahead.
- Preparation: To maximize the outcome of our discussion, we will prepare the workshop based on your whitepaper, tokenomics, and similar documents.
- 2h workshop (online or in-person): In the workshop, we dig deeper on the details and goals of the project and provide you with different structuring options, current best practices as well as regulatory restrictions. Based on your vision, the goal is always to identify the best legal framework for your project and what the concrete next steps are. Our experts have extensive knowledge in the setup of FinTech and crypto projects.
- Action Plan: After the workshop, you will receive an overview of the further procedure, including next steps, timelines and fee estimates.
