ESOP Addition: Tax Ruling

Granting shares to an employee is seen as a non-cash benefit, similar to a salary in terms of taxes and social security. To navigate the tax and social security aspects of share allocation for both employees and the company, a tax ruling with the relevant tax authority is advisable.

This service, offered alongside the ESOP, is billed by the hour, with typical fees ranging from CHF 800 to CHF 2,000.
