Our Mission – Why we do what we do

At LEXR, we believe that innovation is the key to solving the world’s most significant challenges – from climate change to access to healthcare, from the need for strategic sovereignty to the lagging digital transformation. That’s why we’ve built a law firm around one purpose: to enable innovators to bring their ideas to life by removing legal roadblocks.

We are more than just lawyers. We are enablers of progress, trusted partners to founders, and contributors to a better future.

Who we are

LEXR is a fast-growing law firm focused on the innovation ecosystem. With 40+ team members and offices across Switzerland and Germany, we combine deep legal expertise with a modern, tech-savvy approach. Our team of specialists supports clients in SaaS, AI, DeepTech, MedTech, and beyond.

We leverage technology, cross-border networks, and a collaborative culture to deliver actionable, pragmatic, and business-first legal support.

At LEXR, we value autonomy, trust, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit. We’re building a team of specialists who take ownership and help shape the next generation of legal services.

What you will do

  • Support notarial matters, including the preparation, coordination and follow-through of notarial certifications (especially incorporations, capital increases and other corporate law processes).
  • Drive legal operations by handling and tracking corporate housekeeping processes.
  • Work directly with clients to ensure smooth execution of ongoing matters and proactive day-to-day coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with legal experts across all of Switzerland, as well as colleagues in Germany and the US.
  • Contribute to legal tech projects by partnering with our product and tech team to help automate and digitalise legal workflows.

What we are looking for

Hard requirements

  • Full proficiency in German and English; French is a strong plus
  • BLaw / BLE student (3rd semester or higher)
  • Strong interest in corporate law
  • Detail-orientation and organisational skills
  • Physical presence in St.Gallen
  • Willingness to take ownership of your work, clients, and projects with the freedom to shape how you deliver value
  • A proactive mindset and curiosity to learn

Great to have

  • Strong interest in technology and digital business models
  • Previous work experience in a law firm / with a notary
  • Demonstratable capacity for working independently
  • Ability to integrate AI tools in your workflow

We want sharp legal minds who can think independently, make informed, practical decisions, and move things forward for our clients.

We think in terms of solutions and value creation, not time spent. We aim to productize legal work for the benefit of both our customers and ourselves — creating clarity, efficiency, and scalable impact.

We’re looking for a team player who actively supports others and thrives in collaboration – while taking full ownership and responsibility. You’re a builder: high-performing, pragmatic, and ready to enable innovation by doing the best work of your life.

What we offer

  • Meaningful work with fast-paced startups and emerging tech companies.
  • Freedom and ownership to handle your own client matters.
  • Team spirit with regular retreats to innovation hubs like Lisbon, Berlin, or Amsterdam
  • Attractive compensation, aligned with experience and local market levels.
  • Ongoing learning & development through training, mentoring, and access to LegalTech and AI tools
