What you will do
- Support notarial matters, including the preparation, coordination and follow-through of notarial certifications (especially incorporations, capital increases and other corporate law processes).
- Drive legal operations by handling and tracking corporate housekeeping processes.
- Work directly with clients to ensure smooth execution of ongoing matters and proactive day-to-day coordination.
- Collaborate closely with legal experts across all of Switzerland as well as colleagues in Germany and the US.
- Contribute to legal tech projects by partnering with our product and tech team to help automate and digitalize legal workflows.
What we are looking for
Hard requirements
- Full proficiency in French and English; German is a strong plus
- BLaw / BLE student (3rd semester or higher)
- Strong interest in corporate law
- Detail-orientation and organizational skills
- Physical presence in St.Gallen
- Willingness to take ownership of your work, clients, and projects with the freedom to shape how you deliver value
- A proactive mindset and curiosity to learn
Great to have
- Strong interest in technology and digital business models
- Previous work experience in a law firm / with a notary
- Demonstratable capacity for working independently
- Ability to integrate AI tools in your workflow
