What You’ll Do
- Help build and grow our Munich office and presence in the local tech ecosystem, including business development, networking, and sales activities.
- Act as the single point of contact for fast-scaling tech companies, supporting them with their day-to-day legal needs.
- Advise innovative entrepreneurs on how to mitigate the regulatory impact on their products and services.
- Work closely within a great team of other tech lawyers in building and advancing our practice in the fields of commercial contracts, IP, and digital regulations.
- Take ownership of your client relationships, projects, and decisions – with the freedom to shape how you work.
What We’re Looking For
Hard Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in both German and English
- German bar admission (zweites Staatsexamen)
- Strong interest in technology and digital business models
Great to Have
- Hands on technological experience – for example:
- o Having built an app
- o Having constructed a robot
- o Holding a drone license
- Business experience – for example:
- o Having started a company yourself
- o Having worked in a startup
- o Having worked in venture capital
- Relevant legal experience – for example:
- o Drafting and negotiating software contracts
- o Working with regulated technologies (e.g. drones, dual-use goods, AI, medical devices)
