Yannick is a Managing Associate at LEXR, working at the intersection of the Financing Round & VC team and the Crypto team. He supports Swiss and international founders, startups, companies, and investors in navigating a wide range of financing transactions and crypto-related corporate deals, incl. Financing Round/SAFE & SAFT and DAO & DeFi acquisitions.
Before joining LEXR, Yannick gained extensive experience at a leading law firm in Geneva, where he focused on corporate law, M&A, and Capital Markets.

• Advice to a major Swiss orthopaedic pharmaceutical company and its shareholders regarding its quasi-merger by share swap with a Brazilian pharmaceutical company.
