About Yaël
Yaël is a member of our M&A team. She advises Swiss and international founders, startups, and investors on financing rounds, M&A transactions, and corporate matters. Before joining LEXR, Yaël built solid expertise in capital markets and corporate/M&A law at a leading Swiss business law firm in Geneva, where she qualified as a Swiss attorney.
Earlier in her career, she gained hands-on exposure to the investor side of the table as an Investment Analyst at a Tel Aviv-based venture capital fund, an experience that sharpened her understanding of what founders and investors truly need from their legal counsel.
