Jana Huwyler

Jana joined the Corporate & VC Transactions team as Legal Counsel and Attorney at law in November 2023. With her expertise in corporate and commercial law, she supports founders and investors in all matters relating to incorporation, financing rounds, and exit transactions.

Before joining LEXR, she shaped the startup scene by founding her own company and managing it for seven years. Thanks to this experience, she quickly grasps the needs and challenges of her clients and develops customized solutions for them.

Away from her professional life, Jana finds her balance in singing, likes to kick up her heels to salsa music, clearing her head while jogging through the forest, or spoiling family and friends with creative, culinary dishes.
