About Mike
Mike is a German-qualified lawyer and Certified Specialist Lawyer for Employment Law.
He advises and represents national and international companies as well as employees in all areas of individual and collective employment law. Before joining LEXR, Mike worked for several years at a business law firm specializing in representing employers. Prior to that, he primarily advised and represented employees in employment-related matters, giving him a deep understanding of the perspectives of both sides of the employment relationship. In addition, he gained in-house experience by working as an in-house legal counsel for several months, allowing him to understand the practical challenges faced by legal and HR departments in day-to-day business operations.
Mike’s practice focuses on comprehensive employment law advice. He advises clients on matters including the drafting and termination of employment relationships, restructurings, operational changes, works council-related issues, and employment litigation. Drawing on his experience representing both employers and employees, he develops practical, commercially sound, and balanced solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
