About Peter
Peter is counsel at LEXR and Fourscore Business Law, CEO of Glyph, and Executive Director of the nonprofit Carolina Lawyers for the Arts & Entertainment (CLÆ). He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator on several panels. Prior to these roles, he worked in a startups practice group in Raleigh, following an in-house position as Corporate Counsel and M&A Attorney at a private equity company in Durham.
Peter advises startups, investors, creatives, and businesses at all stages of growth on M&A, financing, crowdfunding, intellectual property protection and licensing, commercial transactions, corporate organization and governance, trademark law, and other corporate matters.
