About Audrey

Audrey is a Senior Associate in the Tech, Contracts & IP team. She advises clients in the life sciences, Health Tech, and MedTech sectors across Switzerland and internationally. She supports founders, startups, and established companies from early development to international growth.Her practice focuses on combining pragmatic legal expertise with strategic guidance to help innovators turn ideas into tangible impact. This encompasses contract negotiation, intellectual property protection, and regulatory compliance, including medical device regulations and digital health compliance. Her experience at leading Swiss law firms, the Federal Office of Justice, and as an early team member of a LegalTech start-up gives her first-hand understanding of entrepreneurial challenges. Audrey is also an expert, judge and coach in various accelerator programs. As a former competitive athlete turned lawyer, she helps founders sharpen focus, structure decisions and perform effectively under pressure. Her clients appreciate straightforward guidance as she provides start-up-ready legal frameworks informed by operational experience.
