Marketing & Operations Intern

We are LEXR (www.lexr.ch), a growing legal startup from Switzerland with the mission to improve legal services for tech companies. Customer experience, speed of execution, full price transparency, and advice that helps entrepreneurs move forward rather than holding them back are our top priorities. 

Established in the German-speaking Swiss market for 5 years, we are currently growing strongly and are about to expand geographically and launch new products. Our unusual appearance attracts exciting customers in the tech & digital sector. The LEXR team is young and motivated, we offer flat hierarchies and a lot of flexibility.  

For the next growth phase of our attractive brand, we’re looking for support in particular as a  

  • Marketing & branding enthusiast: Social media marketing, event organization, new product marketing, and copywriting for landing pages, news, and blogs as well as bringing your own ideas in & to life.  
  • Growth enabler and experimenter: Growth data analysis, support with growth experiment planning, execution, and evaluation. 
  • Operations guru and improver: Taking over and staying on top of operations tasks in a fast-growing business, including their improvement. Accompanying and coordination of strategic projects. Direct support to the CEO & COO.

What you require 

  • Marketing and branding affinity: Ideally you have worked in marketing before or have strong own social profiles. Cross-channel and content creation are familiar terms, and you have plenty of ideas in mind on how to put LEXR on the map for tech & digital business customers.  
  • Growth mindset and curiosity: You’re eager to learn new things and thrive when being thrown into uncertain waters. You are proactive and always find solutions instead of seeing problems. 
  • Multitasking and prioritization: Working at LEXR means that you will be challenged constantly. You have strong organizational capabilities, are able to multitask, and know-how to prioritize your tasks to achieve the best possible outcomes.  
  • Fluency in English and French or German: Very good written and verbal English, as well as French is a must. German is a plus.
