Thomas advises clients at all stages of growth on corporate and M&A matters.Prior to joining LEXR, Thomas practiced at a Tier-1 Swiss law firm, advising on private and public M&A, financing, restructurings, board advisory, and general corporate law. He’s worked with founders, strategics, PE and VC funds, family offices, and management teams (private and listed), on deals from CHF 200,000 to CHF 500 million. His expertise spans pharma, biotech and life sciences, cleantech, banking, tech, sports and media, food & beverage, construction, and real estate.
What Thomas cares most about is standing by his clients throughout their projects, helping them turn hard work and ambition into real, lasting results. He believes a successful deal is one that creates solid, sustainable value for both sides — and his role is to help clients get exactly that.
