Michael Kallenberg

About Michael

Michael is an Associate in LEXR’s Corporate & M&A team and works part-time from our office in St. Gallen. He advises startups and companies on matters of private, corporate, and financial market law and prepares more complex notarial deeds. Before joining LEXR, he gained experience at a larger business law firm in Zurich and Zug with a focus on Corporate/M&A and worked as a Group Compliance & Regulatory Specialist at UBS, where he ensured compliance with capital markets transparency obligations. Prior to that, he gained experience in transaction advisory in the institutional real estate sector as well as in business development at a proptech startup in Berlin.

Michael holds a double degree in law and business administration as well as a Master in Law & Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Thanks to his business background from both practice and academia, he always approaches legal questions with an entrepreneurial mindset. Alongside his role at LEXR, he is pursuing a PhD in financial market law and works as a research associate at HSG.
