About Irina
Irina advises companies in the FinReg team on regulatory issues relating to blockchain, DLT, digital assets, and FinTech. She has extensive experience working in leading commercial law firms, the industry, and international organizations. Irina advises companies ranging from start-ups to large corporations on the implementation of digital business models, the launch of new platforms, and complex transactions. She holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen and a Master’s degree in International Law from the Fletcher School in the US.
With her interest in the intersection of business, technology, and law, she helps companies navigate the regulatory environment with confidence and pragmatism.
