Francisco Arga e Lima

Francisco joined LEXR in 2023. As a Junior Legal Counsel, he is part of the Privacy & Digital Regulation team. Prior to joining LEXR, Francisco worked for the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union, at the Working Party on International Environment Issues and did an Internship at the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Francisco is currently a PhD candidate in European Law at the NOVA School of Law, in Lisbon. He is also a researcher at the NOVA Consumer Lab where he has conducted studies on the intersection between consumer law, data protection and digital markets, and has produced several publications on these topics.

In his free time, Francisco enjoys travelling to different countries and can often be found in a Starbucks reading a book.
