Ella Schröder

Ella joined LEXR a Legal Counsel in the summer of 2024 as part of the FinReg team. Prior to joining LEXR, Ella gained valuable in-depth experience and strengthened her expertise in commercial law, financial regulation and FinTech law as an in-house counsel for a crypto foundation based in Zug.

Ella has successfully obtained two master’s degrees in law from the University of Zurich and the University of Helsinki. During her studies and after passing the bar exam in Finland in 2021, Ella worked for various leading and fast-growing law firms in Finland, gaining valuable experience in EU-law, business law, and litigation.

In her free time, you will find her doing various outdoor sports such as riding her road bike in the mountains and running along the lake of Zurich or spending time with friends and family.
