Elie is our Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and leads LEXR’s Lausanne office. He advises Swiss and international founders, start-ups, companies, and investors on various M&A transactions, including sales, purchases, and mergers. Elie previously worked for over seven years with major Swiss and international law firms, specializing in M&A and commercial transactions.
