Chirine is a Junior Associate in LEXR’s Corporate & VC Transactions team. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Basel, where her thesis examined the intellectual property rights of indigenous communities, with a particular focus on the legal mechanisms available to protect traditional designs within the fashion industry.
Before joining LEXR, Chirine spent a year on Google’s legal team, gaining firsthand insight into the intersection of technology and law from within one of the world’s leading tech companies.
With her background spanning IP law, corporate transactions, and in-house tech experience, she brings a sharp and practice-oriented perspective to her work with founders and growth companies.
