Stephan Meyer

Stephan has been part of the Startup Financing & VC Germany team at the Berlin office since 2024. He advises founders, investors and startups in all phases of corporate development with a focus on the implementation of legal processes in companies and corporate housekeeping. Stephan has many years of experience in the field of startup financing (in particular financing rounds and convertible loans), employee participation and regulatory issues in the FinTech sector.

Before joining LEXR, Stephan worked for many years in international commercial law firms with a focus on M&A and venture capital as well as in-house counsel successfully assisting Berlin startups in scaling their business models. This insight into the inner workings of start-ups and his knowledge of the practical problems that legal advice can cause for companies when implemented, characterize his pragmatic consulting approach. He combines legal expertise and practical understanding to create tailor-made solutions for founders and companies.

Outside of work, Stephan can regularly be found in running gear or on his bike.
