Nadine Saalbach
Head of Startup Financing & VC Germany, Legal Expert
Nadine joined LEXR’s Berlin office in 2023 as Head of Startup Financing & VC Germany. She advises founders and startups in all stages of a company’s development, focusing on corporate law issues. Nadine has extensive experience in advising on a wide range of VC transactions (especially convertible loans and financing rounds), shareholder agreements and employee stock option plans (VSOP/ESOP) as well as corporate governance issues. She enjoys finding creative solutions to complex legal questions.
Prior to joining LEXR, Nadine worked for many years in leading international law firms and as a freelance consultant focusing on digital business and IP. Her strong affinity for technology and entrepreneurship, coupled with her pragmatic thinking, eventually led her to LEXR, where she guides founders and startups with practical solutions.
Besides being a lawyer, Nadine loves to travel and is passionate about music, be it playing the piano or behind the decks.
