Michele Vitali

Michele joined LEXR as Head of Startup Financing and VC in 2020 and specialises in corporate and commercial law. His professional practice is focused on advising Swiss and international founders, start-ups and investors in all stages of a company’s development, from incorporation to the first investment rounds, risk financing, complex business transactions and exits.

Before joining LEXR, Michele worked as a lawyer for a major Swiss law firm, with a primary focus on M&A transactions. His practical knowledge is corroborated by his excellent academic career; Michele holds an academic degree not only in law but also in business administration. He deepened his enthusiasm for commercial transactions through his work at the chair of commercial and business law at the University of Zurich. Hence, Michele knows how to achieve not only legally sound but also economically sustainable solutions for complex issues. His solution-oriented hands-on approach is rounded off by his communicative and down-to-earth conduct and demeanour.

In his spare time, Michele can be found biking or skiing in the Swiss mountains.
