Louise Morand
Legal Counsel
Louise began working for LEXR in 2024 as Legal Counsel. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as commercial contracts.
Before LEXR, Louise completed a one-year internship in the legal department of a major group in the luxury goods sector and her lawyer internship in an established law firm in Geneva.
Louise holds a bilingual German-French Bachelor’s and a Master’s degrees in law from the Universit of Fribourg. During her Master’s, she spent a semester in England at the University of East Anglia. She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2024.
When she’s not immersed in her contracts, Louise likes to dive into the colourful waters full of life, enjoys going to the theatre and is dedicated to keeping her houseplants alive.
