About Georg
Georg is Of Counsel at LEXR, focusing on Corporate M&A and Venture Capital in Germany. He advises founders and investors across all stages of company development – from pre-seed to exit – with deep expertise in structuring financing rounds, venture debt transactions and corporate law matters. During nearly six years at Taylor Wessing, he advised the largest venture debt funds in Europe, including Claret Capital, Kreos Capital, Bootstrap Europe and Viola Credit. He subsequently spent close to two years as General Partner and CLO at Skyfall. Most recently, he served as General Counsel of a German stock corporation, where he led the implementation and certification of an ISO/IEC 27001-compliant management system. This in-house perspective on governance and compliance complements his transactional background. Based in Frankfurt, Georg sees himself as part of his clients’ team rather than an external advisor.
