Dominic Kofler

Dominic joined LEXR in June 2024 as an interim Junior Legal Counsel in the Corporate & VC Transactions team. He is currently preparing for the bar exam in Zurich.

Before joining the firm, Dominic worked for an international law firm in Zurich in their litigation practice team. During his studies he gained first insights into the legal world while working for a Swiss leisure airline in their contract management team.

Dominic both holds a BLaw and MLaw from the University of Zurich. He also attended a Summer School on European and Comparative Company Law at the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.

In his free time, you will either find Dominic preparing for his next half-marathon or hiking in the mountains. He also enjoys spending time with family & friends, travelling the world, and trying out new recipes.
