Aliena is a Junior Associate at LEXR and part of our Tech, Contracts, and IP team. She supports companies and startups on a broad range of legal matters, with a focus on contract law, and intellectual property. She also contributes to the notarial work at our St. Gallen office.
Before joining LEXR, she worked as Operations Associate at an AI-native non-profit organisation that developed a chatbot to support survivors of domestic violence, giving her first-hand exposure to the intersection of technology, AI, and real-world legal and ethical challenges. Prior to that, she served on the International Board of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) in Brussels, where she coordinated two major international moot courts in collaboration with the World Trade Organisation and the Council of Europe.
She holds a Joint Degree in Law from the Universities of Zurich and Lausanne. Her Master’s thesis examined the protection of climate migrants under international human rights law through the lens of climate litigation.
